Miellyttävä huone, hyvin tilaa. Mukavat kävelymaastot koirien kanssa. Erittäin helppo yhteys raitivaunulla Linzin keskustaan. Maistuva aamiainen ja kaiken kaikkiaan auttavainen sekä kohtelias palvelu.

Comfortable one night stay, very clean, the location is very nice. The option to have 2 linked rooms with a door opening between them was very useful. . Breakfast was very good.
Restaurant is not with hot meals, more with snacking and cold plates and enjoying a nice wine. We didn't know that and we came very hungry. Not very kid friendly, but we were well received. The food was good, and the wine and grape juice very tasty!

It is quite far away from the city, annoying in some aspects, but it guarantees some peace and quite (sans other guests, because you can hear pretty much everything from the other rooms). Was also quite impressed with the aesthetics of the property itself – there is undeniable atmosphere there. The quality of rooms is decent.
Quite far away from the city itself, but that could be considered also an advantage. The property has also English listed as a communication language, but the entirety of the correspondence and paperwork is solely in German, so you end up sitting a German exam – not a terrible problem for me, but also not something I would call a holiday activity.
