Apartament frumos, pat confortabil, ferestre Velux de calitate - foarte buna izolare fonica, cladire frumoasa la 1 minut de statie metrou Duomo, 10 minute pe jos pana la gara sau port, zona sigura fara nici o problema.
Canalizare baie-bucatarie emana uneori miros neplacut.

The accommodation is very well located if you want to explore the centre of Naples. It is close to the cathedral, the port and also the station. I chose it because of its proximity to Federico II University and various archives and libraries, as I was travelling for work. The area, like the entire historic centre of Naples, is not clean and is very noisy, but the windows insulate quite well and I was able to rest very well. There is no noise from neighbours or adjacent flats. In other words, it is quiet. The host always responded to my messages quickly and attended to my requests. The flat is in good condition and has everything you need for a short or not-so-short stay, although some details are missing, such as some extra furniture in the bathroom or bedroom perhaps. Hanging clothes in a wardrobe located in the same place as the kitchen is not a good idea. The kitchen is fine, but the ceiling in the sink area is very low. This makes it uncomfortable. I bumped my head quite a few times. It would also be a good idea to adjust the kitchen cupboard doors with a screwdriver. Cleaning took place once a week and was adequate. They left me spare bed linen and plenty of extra towels. However, there were some areas that had not been cleaned for a long time. There was a lot of dust behind the sofa. I think more attention should be paid to these details.
Apart from a few minor details mentioned in the previous paragraph, I disliked the value for money the most, but this is a problem for the whole city, not just this apartment. Like many other cities, Naples is a victim of vulgar and superficial mass tourism, which is destroying the city and raising prices to absurd levels, while worsening the social problems and inequalities that its inhabitants already suffer. Only a select few benefit from this business, which is the result of consumerism and the low level of education in today's global society. It's very depressing and worrying. Although I was in Naples for work, I regret having contributed to this business.

I travelled for work and chose this accommodation for its location, which was very close to my workplaces. It is close to the Duomo, to the University Federico II and also to the central railway station. The harbour is also quite close. I was here for a month and I felt at ease. The area is not clean and it is noisy, but this is a huge problem for the entire historic centre of Naples. However, the windows block out most of the noise and I slept very well. Check-in was convenient and straightforward. The hosts communicated well and responded quickly to resolve any issues. The flat is cosy and bright, and has everything you need. However, some additional furniture would be welcome, for example in the bathroom. The internet worked very well.
One inconvenient aspect is that the kitchen sink is in an area with a low ceiling. This makes it uncomfortable for someone of average height or taller. Negative aspects: accommodation in Naples is clearly too expensive due to mass superficial tourism, a plague that is destroying the city and harming most of its inhabitants, enriching only a few. This exacerbates the social inequalities and problems that Naples already suffers from. It is a real shame!!!!
