Staying at B\&R Hostel was more than just a place to sleep—it felt like coming home. The rooms are clean, the ambiance is cozy, and the location is convenient, but what truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality of Ate Shiela, the hostel manager.
From the moment I arrived, Ate Shiela welcomed me with genuine warmth and kindness. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, offering local tips, helping with anything I needed, and always greeting me with a smile. Her care and thoughtfulness turned what could have been an ordinary trip into something truly special.
What touched me the most was that over time, she didn’t just feel like a host—she became a friend. We shared foods, laughs, and meaningful conversations that made me feel like I belonged. It's rare to find that kind of connection when you're far from home, and I’ll always be grateful for it.
If you're looking for a place that’s not just clean and affordable, but also filled with heart, B\&R Hostel is the place to be. Thank you, Ate Shiela, for everything—you made this stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at B&R Hostel! The staff and the owner were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. They were always ready to assist with anything I needed and gave great recommendations for places to visit nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere was cozy and peaceful — ideal for unwinding after a long day. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and personal touch. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

From the moment you arrive Shelia and Shaia (owners) make every moment of your stay memorable. From organizing excursions to preparing your meals or just sitting at the bar talking with the other guests about your travels you realize very quickly you have stumbled upon a very special place and the people are the reason why. They make you feel welcome, safe and go out of their way at every turn to ensure you have an amazing time in this little corner of Palawan. It may be described as “off the beaten path” but trust me it is the right path. I hope you will enjoy B&R as much as I have.
