    Worst hotel stay experience ever. They said the rooms had Centralised AC but it was not working and would soon be repaired. So made us stay in a twin bedroom with just a single ceiling fan. No allotment of stand fan or anything and even the windows couldn't be opened. We were drenched with sweat and no ventilation all night. No lighting as there was power cut at reception, rooms were dirty, smelly and stuffy. There was no proper ventilation or exhaust in the bathrooms, hence it became more smelly for the entire room. Service was so slow that just a single guy was handling everything and thus he was either delayed or didn't listen to our requests. We asked for room cleaning or just wiping, tea kits, extra towels and they were not provided. No complimentary breakfast was provided and we were charged for breakfast. Out of two lifts, one was not working and was stuck entire time at -2. So if you forget something in your room and come to G and try to go back for it, a good 10 minutes would be wasted just waiting for your elevator to arrive. Paan/gutkha spits near dustbin, itchy, unwashed, dirty bedsheets, cold breakfast food, high exorbitant menu prices were to name a few USPs of the place. The Receptionist was very rude and uncooperative. A living hell with royal amenities that are being wasted due to improper management. Would not recommend anyone to book any rooms here as it is just a waste of your money as well as your mental peace.
