i highly reccomend the apartment, great location, really good value for the money, clean

everything was perfect, the location is perfect just 5 min to the goldola ride, the apartment was very clean it was equiped with everything that you might need, i liked the cofee machine as it made me feel like home, grab some good coffe in the morning. Internet was great at the apartment i did some work there and no issues. I would highly reccomend this appartment and would come back for another visit.

The host was so helpful, from start to finish, the apartment had everything you would need, bed was extremely comfortable and plenty of towels.. really secure as I was on my own, extra security on my floor to get to the apartment. Host was helpful with directions and ski school recommendation.

Very large and comfortable flat yo stay

It is at very good location, 5 minutes walk yo gongdola and 2 mins to shops Inside flat you have 1 living room with kitchen and a double bedroom and also a bathroom. Good enough for family of 4. The communication with owner is very smooth, always respond in 5 minutes. 5 Star host. Will book again 100%

We have stayed 8 nights, no cleaner visit during our stay, extra cleaning service will cost 35 euro each time which we didn't use. The WiFi could not connected to internet at last day of our stay, which is out of host's control.

Bright, spacious well-equipped apartment with lovely balcony overlooking quiet soccer field. Private setup in an exclusive hallway, good communication with host, clean, comfy. close to gondola & National park visitor center, with a beautiful short walk down to Old Town. Definitely recommend (we’ve been here 3 times this summer & really love it!)

Wish I could rate this apartment higher than a “10”. It’s not often you find a place that has it all together like this: Superbly equipped, stylish & comfy, well-thought out and very clean to boot. Excellent communication with host, super simple checkin. With all that, plus the lovely balcony, pool, it’s a cut above, a legit next level winner. The vibe of the apartment is inviting, the vibe of the complex is elegant, the vibe of the town is super chill. We already know we’ll be back, and since we travel full-time, that’s saying something! Ps no fees for use of huge outdoor pool in summer. Easy parking .

Exceptional

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious enough for a couple with 1 child. It has 1 separate bedroom and a living room with kitchen, all very well furnished. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, even more than one might need for a 1-week stay. It also has a laundry machine. The bathroom is nicely designed and the shower is great. The apartment is spotlessly clean, very warm and cozy. It has 2 TVs and a tv box with numerous channels in all languages. The wifi signal is excellent and strong. For the car, we had a parking space right next to the entrance door, very important if you're coming with a lot of luggage. The host, Sergey, is very welcoming, organized and helpfull guy. He provided us with all the necessary information from the moment we made the booking. The location of the apartment is just 5 min walk (with skis and a toddler) from the cabin lift station. The hotel itself has a spa and an indoor pool and it can be used by paying an entrance fee. We highly recommend this apartment and we will come back here the next time we're in Bansko.

the property has a very good location. it is in walkable distance from Gondola cabin lift. The balcony is a big advantage to the property. The flat is comfy and cosy.

Amazing apartment - the luxuries of a 4-star hotel with all the comforts of home.

Extremely comfy couch and bed. One of the best kitchens we've ever had, and definitely the most supply of spices/coffee/tea that we've ever had. So many things in the kitchen like multiple pots, lots of dishware, graters, coffee maker, large bowls, sharp knives, peeler, the list goes on. Way more kitchen equipment than the photos suggest, including great stove and microwave. TWO (!!) Smart TVs. The balcony with doors to living room and bedroom was SO nice and had the most beautiful view of the mountains. Washing machine was of great quality. There was tons of storage space and cabinets had everything we could dream of including electric converters and chargers and Christmas and Hannukah decorations!! The shower was the best we have had in Bulgaria in the 3 months that we've been here - perfect temperature, pressure, stall size etc. There were lots of extra pillows and linens and even a safety deposit box. The table and chairs were comfy and made a good workspace. The section of the spa complex that the apartment is in (section H) is probably the best to be in - you get the best view, and it seemed like it was a lot quieter than the area around the pool. Oh yeah - did I mention you can use the outdoor pool and hot tub, too?! Also, the apartment is located in a section of the hallway that needs a separate code to enter, giving even more privacy and quiet. Soundproofing to the outside is also great. Free parking. There is no A/C but you will not need it in Bansko - the fans are enough even during a heat wave like we had in the last couple days there (the insulation is very good). And when we first arrived, it was cold at night and the heaters (2 heaters) worked wonderfully. The location is very central. Sergey was a courteous and extremely accommodating host, answering our questions quickly and even offering a super-late check-out. I can't say enough good things about this place.

I will certainly choose only its apartments on my next trip and Bansko ...
