We didn't know the terrace was shared when booked. However this was not a problem as other guests were very friendly. The top terrace misses a shade, but the garden offers refuge from heat and scorching sun. All in all very pleasant.

You have everything else you need for a pleasant stay, even a small things! Hosts were very thoughtfull when equipping the rooms! The air is great in this area, the nature is wild!
No chairs in the room, you have to eat on the bed.

The location is fine - a 25-minute hike to a nice beach. The apartment is clean and spacious. The AC works well. The host is nice, but discreet. The pool was nice as well.
The surroundings leave much to be desired, especially the half-finished eyesore facing the terrace/balcony that obstructs the view. We were slightly surprised by the sewage/plumbing issues - the tap water is not safe to drink, and the sewer system nonexistent. Used toilet paper cannot be flushed and has to be disposed in a bin next to the toilet.
