Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist hervorragend
Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Lautsprechergeräusche haben uns früh geweckt. Regengeräusche waren ebenfalls sehr laut.

The location was great and it is moderately comfortable and clean and great value for money. The coffee was great.
It is more like a hostel rather than a hotel in terms of basic facilities. There are smokers in the foyer, which left a stale smell in the hotel. The managers/owners are not as helpful as the other reviews mentioned, but the staff are pleasant enough. There was one lady who was lovely and helped with our washing (which was so quick and cheap); however, I would not say they are overly friendly or helpful.
