Dobra lokalizacja blisko centrum i wyciągów. Prywatny parking z zamykanym garaży pod obiektem. Brak zastrzeżeń do czystości zarówno w zajmowanym pomieszczeniu jak i w całum obiekcie. Piękne widoki z tarasu pomino gęstej zabudowy w pobliżu.
Obiekt ma już kilka wiosen na karku co widać w wyposażeniu. W nocy słychać odgłosy odśnieżających drogę maszyn akurat w trakcie naszego pobytu dość mocno sypało śniegem.

Lokalizacja budynku (blisko dolnej stacji, przystanków skibusa; sklep naprzeciwko). Zapewniony parking podziemny. Wyposażenie kuchni.
Mimo zapisów w ofercie, tylko jedna rolka papieru toaletowego na cały pobyt.. Można byłoby do filiżanek (w kuchni) dołożyć też kubki.
