ottima posizione a due passi dal centro e dal porto ma fuori dalla confusione, ottimo in particolare il parcheggio dedicato; 2 camere indipendenti molto comode, una con aria condizionata l'altra con ventilatore, ognuna con un proprio balcone, Natasha è molto gentile e amichevole, ci ha accolto con grandissima cortesia nonostante l'ora tarda. Il plus è la pulizia e il cambio della biancheria e degli asciugamani a metà soggiorno. La località è molto vivace e godibile
piccolo neo la non possibilità di cucinare, è presente solo una piccola piastra da 1, né microonde né fornetto; l'acqua nella struttura non è potabile, consiglierei di installare un piccolo distributore di bottigliette o di fornire 1 bottiglia di cortesia per la prima notte (nel nostro caso, arrivando alle 23, è stato necessario uscire ed cercare un negozietto aperto per reperire una bottiglia)

Appartamento accogliente e pulito
In cucina c’è presente solo una piastra per cucina ma è presente un bollitore. Diciamo che rende un po’ difficile cucinare con una sola piastra.

Prima Gastgeber, Natasha und George, unheimlich freundlich, sympathisch und hilfsbereit mit zuverlässigem Abholservice vom Flughafen.
Alles tipptopp sauber, super bequeme Matratzen! Wir hatten ein Apartment mit zwei großzügigen Schlafräumen und viel Stauraum.
Gute Lage, nur ein paar hundert Meter zur Hafenpromenade.

Natasha war sehr hilfsbereit und stand immer zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer wurde alle drei Tage gereinigt, inkl. neuer Bettwäsche und Handtücher.
Das Bett war bequem (Schaumstoffmatratze mit Topper). Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage sind vorhanden und funktionieren sehr gut. Wir hatten zwei Balkone.
Für 20 € wird ein Flughafentransfer angeboten.
Die Lage ist zentral und in der Nebensaison (in unserem Fall Mai) relativ ruhig. In der Hauptsaison wird es sicherlich sehr trubelig, auch wegen der 24h-Bar schräg gegenüber.
Das Gebäude gegenüber sieht nicht sehr schön aus, da renovierungsbedürftig. Die Arbeiten daran laufen aber offenbar.
Das WLAN war oft etwas langsam.
