Very clean and modern apartment hotel. I would definately stay here again!

Everything was very clean and very modern. We really enjoyed stayinv here. Great balkon with comfortable chairs- I really dnjoyed sitting there. Good dize kitchen, fridge. There is free car parking place- as we stayed 27 days, that was very nice, to park my car at underground garage. Very friendly petsonal and replays to my e-mails very quickly. It is possible to wash clothes in washmashines on basement. And anout surrounfing- there are Rewe and Aldi shops nearby- 4 minutes with auto. There are very nice to drive with bicycle near the river Rhein, and even super great place for relaxing at the coast of river, just 7min with car. And in general, our stay was very good.

Too much birocraty - I have never before asked to count every spoon , fork , plate, towel, before arriving and compare it with Hotel data. And this infotmation was in deutsch. But this was just a very small thing- everything, in general, was absolut perfekt!

Exceptionally clean. Good quite location perfect for both work and exploring Germany, France and Switzerland. Exceptionally equipped with everything what you need for a comfortable stay.

Just an idea to improve: Wi-fi was a bit slow. The microwave will be useful but I assume that this could be solved with owner in advance if you need it.

Superb

Exceptionally clean place, well done for that! It got everything we need for self catering. Lovely rain shower and nice little kitchen.

The road noise was pretty annoying, however we did get used to it after a couple of days. There is no airconditioning so it does get very hot. It was difficult to sleep in the heat.

Fantastisch en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Wat een prachtig penthouse, met fantastisch uitzicht. We hadden het voor 2 weken verhuurd en na een week werd het netjes schoon gemaakt en kregen we nieuwe handdoeken. Ze hadden een heel leuk pakketje bij aankomst voor ons neer gezet. Het was gastvrijheid zoals het hoort.

Tijdens ons verblijf was het hele warme (lees 35+ graden) ondanks dat ze vanuit het verblijf ventilatoren hadden geregeld was het nog wel serieus warm binnen. Misschien te overwegen om een airco te instaleren ook omdat je op de bovenste verdieping zit met plat dak.

Unkomplizierte Abwicklung, großes Badezimmer, mit Terrasse, hell und freundlich, mit Rollläden, Waschmaschine und Trockner im Haus, mit Fahrradkeller, Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel sowie Reinigung nach einer Woche, guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.

Direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße. Dunstfilter wurde lange nicht gereinigt. Betten durchgelegen. Mehrfacher WLAN Ausfall.
