At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in season A and B a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be refunded will be returned. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented, if they are not already included. In spring and autumn, the cranes can always be observed.

Ferienhaus war zweckmäßig eingerichtet ,sauber und ruhig gelegen.
Sehr angenehm empfanden wir die vorhandene Sauna
die wir öfters benutzt haben.
Wer die Natur liebt und gerne Fahrradtouren unternimmt
ist auf Darss - Zingst am richtigen Platz.
Das Ferienhaus können wir nur empfehlen.

Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, der Garten mit Terasse sehr schön. Die Terasse ist von der Strasse nicht einsehbar. Und zum Nachbarhaus durch eine hohe Hecke getrennt. Allerdings sind nur 2 Liegen vorhanden. Die Sauna ist zwar klein aber völlig ausreichend, wir haben sie zu dritt genutzt. Internetverbindung war gut, gelkegentlich viel allerdings die Internetverbindung aus, WLAN lief stabil. Im Schuppen war Platz für 3 Fahrräder.
