Nice for a longer weekend.

Great location, 5min bike ride to the center and 10min to the Oranjezone and the beach. The property was well equipped - new kitchen with all the appliances you need. The garden is much smaller than on the pictures but still lovely!

The price/quality ratio could have been better. Towels for instance were not included and also the bed was not very comfortable. The communication/responsiveness with the host was a bit floppy. great at the beginning (they welcomed us and explained everything about the surroundings) but they did not follow through. we could have checked-out later, which was never communicated and when we followed the check-out time at 10am there was nobody home to hand over the keys. We also had some questions in the meantime and texted host/emailed but received no response.

The cottage lived up to its excellent rating and the remarks previously left by others. Very clean and in great condition. Kitchen is fully outfitted. Very nice private outside terrace with dining table and lounge sofa. Beds were comfortable. Parking was spacious. This place is quiet and relaxing. It's a three minute drive to the beach parking area. We received a warm welcome from the owners, were given the key plus a map and detailed briefing of the area and things to do. Check-out was smooth. We loved it and are already planning to return in a few months.

We loved everything, but to help manage expectations for future guests... The staircase to the bedrooms and one bathroom is very steep. For persons with bad knees or mobility issues, this staircase will be a challenge. The bathroom is great; however, there is only one. There is no separate WC. So if you aren't used to sharing and moving quickly, a group of four will require some time to get moved through it.

Eine saubere, geräumige und wirklich gut ausgestattete Wohnung! Klare Empfehlung!

Die Ankunft war sehr gut organisiert. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und alles in der Wohnung wurde uns ausführlich erklärt. Ein Parkplatz direkt am Haus stand uns zur Verfügung, und von der Unterkunft aus konnte man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön hell, sehr geräumig und äußerst sauber. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Sauna, die wir jeden Abend genutzt haben. Anita hat uns sogar täglich frische Saunahandtücher bereitgelegt und Aufgüsse vorbereitet – ein wirklich toller Service 😊

Einen wirklich wirklich kleinen Abzug gibt es, weil die Couch für uns drei etwas zu klein war.

Wohlfühl-Silvester am Meer

Sehr informatives und freundliches Willkommen durch Anita. Detaillierte Information zur Umgebung und zu allen Features der Wohnung, incl. der Sauna, welche wir LEIDER aus zeitlichen Gründen nicht nutzen konnten. Sehr moderne Gestaltung der Räume mit vielen wohlüberlegten Details zum Wohlfühlen. Auswahl zwischen drei Kaffee-Zubereitungsmöglichkeiten, schönes Geschirr und Wäsche. Privater Zugang und Parkmöglichkeit.

NICHTS - an der Wohnung. Zeit über Silvester war in dieseem Jahr über alle Tage sehr knallkörper - intensiv, sodass wir nicht wie gewohnt zum Jahreswechsel zum Strand gegangen sind, sondern lieber das Feuerwerk der Nachbarschaft von drinnen bestaunt haben. Feuerwerk -Letzte gesetzliche Möglichkeit für Privathaushalte in NL, daher verzeihlich.

Sehr gut und umfangreich ausgestattet. Alles sauber und gemütlich. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und würden gerne wiederkommen. Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Das Sofa ist doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollte mal ausgetauscht werden. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Entspannender Kurzurlaub in einer schönen und gepflegten Unterkunft in Zeeland - gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Das Ferienhaus ist eine Doppelhaushälfte - in der anderen wohnt der Vermieter, dennoch ist man hier als Gast für sich. Große Wohnküche im Erdgeschoss mit kleinem Garten (Terasse), der nach allen Seiten mit blickdichten Hecken abgeschlossen ist. Im Obergeschoss zwei kleine Schlafzimmer und schönes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche. Am Rande von Oostkapelle in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Ideal für einen Familienurlaub oder zwei Paare. Von der A56 (Bergen o Z-Vlissingen) sind es 13km und Oostkapelle ist der erste Ort, den man durchfährt. Die Unterkunft ist eine gute Basis, um die Zeeland oder die Nordseeküste im Süden der Niederlande zu erkunden. Ein Tipp: wer mit der Bahn (NS) einen Ausflug machen will, fährt ab Arnemuiden, denn hier sind die Parkplätze umsonst. Für Saunagänger empfehlenswert: 10km entfernt das Blue Wellness Resort in Kamperland.

Schöne Tage in Oostkapelle!

Der Strand ist circa 2 km entfernt. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem schönen Wohngebiet fast mitten im Dorf. Bäckerei, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr flexibel. Die Kommunikation war sehr leicht. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine schöne private Terrasse.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Wer empfindlich ist sollte nicht vergessen Oropax einzupacken. Die Fernsehübertragung bleibt oft hängen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist super - absolute Empfehlung! Selten so eine gemütlich eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung erlebt. Von Küchenausstattung, Putzmittel, Küchen- und Handtücher bis hin zum Duschgel alles vorhanden. Sogar ein faltbarer Bollerwagen. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Sauna ist ein Genuss. Die Lage ist super - schnell im Ortskern und schnell am Strand. ☀️

Die Kopfkissen waren uns zu hart und die Matratzen haben die guten Zeiten schon hinter sich. 🫢 Wir würden die Ferienwohnung trotzdem wieder buchen.

De inventaris van het huisje was zeer compleet; aan alles was gedacht. De hygiëne, alles was brandschoon.

De ontvangst van de tv was erg belabberd. Dat was vervelend want daardoor misten we hele stukken van hetgeen we zaten te kijken. Wie daarvoor verantwoordelijk was weten we niet. We begrepen dat er onlangs was overgeschakeld naar glasvezel/Delta. De eigenaar kon het helaas niet verhelpen.

J'ai tout aimé! L'emplacement près du village et des locations de vélo et au calme. La maison a tout ce que l'on peut espérer pour un court séjour. La décoration est soigné et l'ameublement de bon gout. On a apprécié pouvoir manger sur la terrasse. Très bon séjour, nous recommandons!
