Wonderful Stay!! We normally stay in cabins so I was skeptical at first, once we entered the home we felt right at home. Clean property, safe neighborhood, and the owner goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect!

My husband and I stayed for one night while passing through on a road trip with a 1, 3, and 5 year old.
Pros:
Quick responses when asking questions about changing booking as well as when we had some trouble checking in.
House seemed to cleaned well, with plenty of towels.
Bedroom curtains were great at blocking out the light so we could try to sleep in.
Checkout was very easy, a lot of places require you to do a lot for checkout so I appreciate that the owner kept it simple and easy.
Cons:
House had ac turned off when we arrived, so it was unpleasant to arrive to an 80 home and have to wait for it to cool down before we were able to sleep.
The place seemed in pretty bad shape despite being clean. Water damage in bathrooms and holes in bedroom walls.
Not pros or cons but matters of preference and things I wish I would have known:
Was NOT child friendly. Lots of very pretty knickknacks and decor pieces. Not so much of a con, but if you have young kids I would recommend going elsewhere.
Beds were hard as a rock I woke up very sore, and I personally found the satin sheets uncomfortable. Again,
