Lokalizacja super, wszędzie blisko. Mieszkanko spore, dwa pokoje sypialne z dużymi wygodnymi łóżkami i duży salon z kuchnią do tego. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie podstawowe naczynia i sztućce.
Okna w sypialni od ulicy Nowogrodzkiej się nie domykały. Kto lubi ciszę będzie miał problem. Kabina prysznicowa w łazience nieszczelna, więc małe powodzie po każdej kąpieli.

Czystość przede wszystkim firany nie widziały prania od lat ściany też brudne materace bardzo nie wygodnie brak pościeli.
