Villa Solebianco Protaras

Pristine pool, responsive owner, plenty of options for shade or sun! Location was great for walks along boardwalk and close to pernera beach for evening and morning swims!! Lovely property with all the amenities, iron and ironing board, wireless speaker, tv with all channels and a great roof terrace as well.

It was all very nice, no problems.

Everything was perfect

Location was the standout feature. Two minute walk from the nearest bars, supermarkets, and restaurants. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The welcome pack and the welcome itself were also great. Cleaning on request. The pool was immaculately clean, and the pool guy came regularly. Has all the crockery, cutlery, and cleaning materials you need. We didn't even need to buy a loo roll! Air-conditioning in all rooms was very good. Comms were great, too.

No bath, which my wife would have liked, and the shower cubicles were on the small side, but they were minor issues.

Excellent location, really close to the beach and all amenities. Pool was a decent size and crystal clear. Plenty of towels and bedding for all guests.

Lights out in bedroom, hallway and the pool. 2 emails sent and no reply or call. No welcome pack in the villa so had to work everything out ourselves. Villa wasn't particularly clean for a luxury villa, the toilets were yellow and old. Aircon was OK but this was semi working and needed replacing, again this is a luxury villa so standards should be high. Wifi could only be reached down stairs. Check in is 1600hrs, this is ridiculous as it is most of the day gone, you are paying good money so should get a good first day in the Villa with bookings exiting at 11. Overall was not what was expected from a luxury Villa.
