Die Lage, Sicherheit und Sauberkeit der Anlage sind hervorragend. Das Appartement selbst weist erhebliche Mängel auf. Einiges sollte dringend renoviert werden.

Estadia perfeita, plena integração imóvel 10 e natureza, tds recursos agregados a estrutura do imóvel, comércio necessário tudo perto, e diversão. Nada nos faltou satisfação completa. Já estou indicando para famílias de amigos.

O condomínio é perto de tudo. A vista do apartamento é espetacular e a estrutura oferecida na praia é um mimo que vale a pena.

O imóvel é muito bom, limpeza ótima, bem localizado. Sempre que precisamos fomos bem atendidas, contratamos serviço de faxineira indicada pelo suporte, toda manutenção necessária muito rápida e tranquila. Condomínio tranquilo, pouca gente, sem festas e perturbação. Para quem quer sossego. muito bom! Voltaremos!
