Friendly and professional staffs. Miss Aastha and one of the brother from maintenance dept.
No cutlers and crockeries. Electric kettle was stinking so bad we couldn’t had a cup of coffee also. Tv was too slow

Location
No room service is done daily, I have to call reception for that.
No door labels either to clean or not to disturb.
Swimming pool is dirty.
Hotel gives only one 600ml water bottle per guest daily and refuses to give more, which is shameful.
