It was a good stay

The hotel is nice and clean, the room was comfortable. All amenities were given. The hotel offers a decent breakfast for 35 aed The hotel staff is helpful and friendly

If I had never been to better hotels in Dubai, I'd never visit that city again!

The hotel is a few minutes away from a mall.

The only thing going for this hotel is it's lobby. The rooms were dirty, the paint was peeling, the pillows are filthy, the bathrooms are mediocre.....I was shocked that this could ever be rated 4 stars in Dubai which is always so meticulous about it's hospitality!

Good value and location and good size room for the money

Comfortable beds, kettle and water in the room, bath tub and location is good

The toilet seat looked dirty or old should be replaced when it turns brown and can’t be cleaned, that let the bathroom cleanliness down a lot. The tub also had someone’s hair in it, hopefully just from the cleaner! There was a strange smell but couldn’t work out if it’s from outside or in the room. Possibly an ex smoking room?? At check in the staff didn’t really know what they were doing maybe they were in training but the person in charge should have said sorry we are training new staff today so will take a bit longer. We were just served by about 5 different people.

We will not stay there again.

The room was adequate sized. We had two toilets in the executive suite. The air conditioner for both rooms were good.

1) Too expensive for the quality. 2) carpets were extremely dirty. 3) wall paper was peeling and with dirty stains. 4) Room service did not vacuum the floor. 5) Staff had indifferent attitude. 6) Toilet had leaking basin and water spilled out of bathtub.

Bad customer service

Managers behaviour was pathatic. During fire alarm he was aggressive with the guests and was racist with the guests. Non friendly with guests. Not polite with the guest questions about the Fire Alarm during the night at 2 AM. Misbehave with the female guests. Ruine the stay of a family with his bad behaviour staff.

Amazing customer experience, exceptional welcoming by the front desk staff Pooja, Deepak, and others, nice and clean roo

The most part of the liking starts from the reception where you meet lovely Pooja , friendly Deepak and other front desk members. The warm welcoming will amaze anyone.

The property overall is well maintained, has couple of options for food in and around the property. It is very convenient. The rooms are also well maintained .

Disgusting and very poor service

The hotel has a very poor room service the staff is very lazy and they dont clean the room properly nor change linens. The bed was full of dust mites and my son was affected with it. He had patches during our long stay in this hotel. The hotel is disgusting, another family was facing the same issue with the manager and that is where i too stepped up and said the same thing. This is insane.

Good location but if you want to bring guest not good they keeping tabs on who's coming in or out

Nice foodies nearby 10 mins walk to Sahara mall nearby for Al Ansari foreign exchange shopping, Al mamzar beach area few mins drive away buzzing, nice eateries everywhere and cheaper than modern parts of Dubai. Hotel was bright and comfortable they allowed me early check in as I checkout from another place downtown so ended up arriving earlier than check in time. I ended up ill with cold runny nose sore throat symptoms next day as I was so cold in hotel room. Reception gave me later checkout as was difficult for me to get my things packed up due to me feeling sick

The room was cold in night January even though I never put AC on I should have packed warmer clothes as the rooms apartments in Dubai get cold in night in January, hotels don't really have heaters as it's an extremely hot country anyway and warm in the day outside Reception asked me for ID of other guest after check out quite odd my booking was normal based on 2. Other hotels don't ask as long as the person booked has ID upon check in which was myself. This was first time I got asked for ID of other guest especially after checkout which was very weird and there was only me, so it made me feel are they being nosy inquisitive or what ! They wondering being nosy if im bringing another person or did I bring another person ? I've stayed in a good 5-6 places before I arrived in this hotel and have not had anyone look over my shoulder wondering if i have someone with me no questions were asked elsewhere. When I turned up at this hotel made me feel there was a sense of old fashioned mentality. Maybe its the mentality of south Asian staff here and of this area. Next time I'll avoid. I don't like the stress of hassle to feel uncomfortable that even though I booked for 2 staff are having puzzling thoughts and do not like to feel uncomfortable that my people or another person can come to my hotel room

I very much enjoyed my stay at the hotel, even though there were simple things.

The place is quiet and comfortable, its location is excellent in terms of reaching the required places quickly, the behavior of the staff is very excellent, and the hotel services are excellent

Sometimes there is an unpleasant smell in the sheets that need more sterilization, such as dust, like the smell of other people who used the same sheets without sterilization. Also, some small lighting next to the bed needs to be checked and changed.

It is fine but they should focus on their facilities

The cleaning is not good as the bathroom are still sticky with liquid on the floor . Carpet are not vacuum. Dusty from the table upto the bedroom lights. Windows are dirty and some molds are forming at the top of the windows. Cushions are smelly. Their pool is not kept clean specially floor u can smell when ur in swimming

They should have maintain the pool area clean as this is hotel for hygienic purposes as well.
