Für mich als Alleinreisende genau richtig, alles da was man braucht. Der Balkon hat mich über die Schlechtwetter-Tage gerettet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war prima und sehr entgegenkommend.

Die Ferienwohnung im vierten Stock ist nach Süden ausgerichtet (also viel Sonne, wenn keine Wolken) und liegt nur ein paar Schritte von der Uferpromenade entfernt. Sehr angenehm: Als eine der wenigen Wohnungen im Gebäude hat das Apartment auch einen Balkon! Ein mittelgroßer Supermarkt befindet sich im unmittelbaren Nachbargebäude.
Es handelt sich hier um eine sehr lebhafte Gegend, also ist auch die Geräuschkulisse von außerhalb recht hoch. Müllcontainer, insbesondere die für Altglas, werden mehr oder weniger permanent gefüllt und geleert. Auch noch weit nach Mitternacht.

Bel emplacement. Pratique avec tout ce qu’il nous fallait. Lit confortable.
Très bruyant le soir et la nuit surtout le week-end a cause des gens dans la rue. Le matin bruits de livraisons et de nettoyage assez tôt.

Erinomainen sijainti lähellä Las Canteras -rantaa, Paque Santa Catalina muutaman sadan metrin päässä.
Keittiö oli aika vaatimaton. Pullojen/lasinkeräyspönttöjen tyhjennyksen kilinä oli vähän häiritsevää.
