Logement bien situé et très bien fourni, beaucoup de produits d'entretien, contact téléphonique réactif et très agréable. Très petit balcon agréable pout les fumeurs et profiter du soleil, petite télé efficace et bon Wifi.
Studio très petit, photos du logement au grand angle non vraiment représentatif, salle de bain étroite et exigüe, des mauvaises odeurs permanentes aussi bien par la VMC bruyante que dans l'escalier d'accès et l'ascenseur. Manque de propreté dans les communs. Un radiateur ne fonctionnait pas qui oblige à se chauffer avec ceux de la salle de bain en cas de coup de froid.
