El piso está frente al mar. Lo mejor de él es su balcón, grande y con fabulosa vista. Tiene una piscina cómoda para los niños. El ambiente es tranquilo y familiar.
Cómo aspectos negativos mencionaré que el somier de lamas de la cama principal se desajusta fácilmente. Los baños necesitan de reforma, porque falla mucho la cisterna y la bañera no permite sujetar la ducha a una altura sobre la cabeza.
Debido a la ola de calor, las noches han sido sofocantes, había ventiladores. Hemos echado mucho de menos disponer de aire acondicionado, pero ya sabíamos que el apartamento no lo tenía.
