Nice hotel, perfect for a short stay

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Although it is not located in the center of Crans-Montana, it was still a fairly easy walk from the funicular station (there are also buses). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is fairly basic but it fit al of my needs, and I would stay there again.

The fabulous ratings on booking must be fake! Nothing was fabulous, not even acceptable.

Breaksfast was ok

No hot water, very old room. Arrived after 7pm - nobody was available to help out. Next day hot water was back and I was told it must have been my fault. Really bad behaviour towards customer

Comfortable beds, stunning views.

Lack of facilities ie. charging points, Kettle facilities, small breakfast selection available and paper thin walls - can hear everything.

Even though staff id not know about my need for gluten free food they were really accommodating. Family run! The views from the hotel were spectacular.

My bed creaked and the matress could have been better. There was yoghurt at breakfast but not the plain variety without sugar.

Cozy retro mini-hotel few minutes from slopes

Small retro hotel with vintage furniture and essential services. Functional rooms with balcony and nice view. Bus stop at 100m, direct free link to the slopes reachable in 5'. Staff is nice and provides a good service. GREAT quality for price in Crans-Montana.

Breakfast (included!) is nice but really essential, some of the socket plugs are a bit obsolete, common lecture room is missing a nice sofa.

To have a balcony was superb. Car park in the shaddow. A stay without TV Good internet connection. Very friendly staff.

Prepare to the name Chez Elsi when you drive by (better look for Grand Sapin) No kittchen for dinner,nor our any automate

absolutely amazing and way better than expected! loved the small, cute hotel, the room came with a terracce overlooking the mountains, the bed is very comfortable, staff is friendly and mosz helpful - everything went smoothly (we did not take the breakfast, but it was included in the price:)

Great stay

The kindness of the staff, who did the best to ensure our stay during the World Cup weekend. The rooms and tiny and cozy, very clean, and the large sunny balcony of the room was great! Good simple breakfast. 15 min walk to the city center

Awsome hotel in the style of 70's.

The hotel is excellent. Recently modernized but kept in a style of 70'ties. Awsome! Location was perfect, pritty close to one of the ski gondolas. Beautiful view from the balcony. Owners very sympa and helpful. The menu of tbe restaurant limited due to covid restrictions, but dinner was very tasty. Worth to be back.

Only one thing that really bothered me was a cold room. It is a bit anoying when you come tired after a ski day. And instead of a warm cosy room you get a cold one. Unfortunately it took almost the whole evening to get it warm.
