Just a short walk from the center, free parking on-site, spotlessly clean room, and a genuinely warm receptionist who also took care of breakfast — a nice personal touch.
The breakfast could be a little more varied, but given the price, that's a minor quibble rather than a real complaint.

The location was good but I didn't get a chance to have breakfast because I left early to catch my flight in Geneva. The room was clean, I enjoyed the shower and the toilet which were all sparkling clean. The bed was vey comfortable.
I didn't see any staff to assist me from the time I checked in until I checked out. I struggled to find transport and some food for dinner because it was my first time in Switzerland and I thought hotel staff would be there to help me. Thanks to my neighbour who helped me with some food to keep me going otherwise I would have starved.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Although it is not located in the center of Crans-Montana, it was still a fairly easy walk from the funicular station (there are also buses). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is fairly basic but it fit al of my needs, and I would stay there again.

Comfortable beds, stunning views.
Lack of facilities ie. charging points, Kettle facilities, small breakfast selection available and paper thin walls - can hear everything.
