About this apartment rental

It is a T3 with 2 double bedrooms and 1 double bedroom, a full bathroom, living and dining room, and kitchen. Situated on the second floor of a building with 2 elevators 400 meters from the beach. The path to the beach is flat, no climbs or descents. Within a radius of 400 meters has everything: beach, pharmacies, medical clinic, health center, cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarket, municipal market, butchers, fishmongers, bakeries, ice cream, taxis, bus station, tourist office, churches, etc.
During your stay you don't need a car unless you want to visit the surroundings.
Within a radius of 15 kms you will find: Serra de Arrábida Natural Park, Portinho de Arrábida, José Maria da Fonseca and Bacalhôa wines, Quinta do Perú Golf, Ribeiro de Cavalo Beach, Cabo Espichel, Albufeira Lagoon , Foz Beach, Meco Beach, etc.
Sesimbra is 35 kms from Lisbon and 30 Kms from Setúbal.
