The residence is also popular due to the view from the property over the lake and its quiet, sunny, and secluded location by the water. In the same hotel complex there are also holiday apartments GAR TIG 046, 047 and 048. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) in carport. The car park is privately closed and reserved exclusively for customers. A few metres of pedestrian zone lead you to the entrance of the property.
