Built in 1998 and renovated in 2015, the villa is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of town. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (15 l, freezer), microwave and coffee machine. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Pula. The villa is situated on a 170 sqm enclosed garden plot with shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Semi-detached house. Access is via a side road (tarmacked). Parking (for 2 cars).
