The detached holiday home is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 6 rooms (from which 5 bedrooms), is 200 sqm and can accommodate up to 11 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. A heating facility does not exist. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Common room as intersecting room, 20 sqm, not heatable and with dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 30 sqm terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 7 chairs. Kitchen 8 sqm and with dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each 12 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 10 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 20 sqm, not heatable and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at couch/sofa and TV. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms each 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine. Bathroom 5 sqm and with bathtub with shower, shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom 5 sqm and with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

Vantačići. The holiday house is located on a 500 sqm, enclosed waterfront property with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
