The studio is located in a terraced house, was renovated in 2018 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a lively area, in the town centre. The residence is popular also due to the view of the sea from the property and its sunny location. For exclusive use are available: terrace and garden furniture. To reach the terrace, the road in front of the house must be crossed. Here the terrace with barbecue facilities is at your disposal.

The entrance is im Erdgeschoss and ground level and leads directly in the kitchen living. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom 35 sqm and with 1 double bed, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access with 1 table and 3 chairs. Kitchenette in the eat-in kitchen 2 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
In addition, your studio is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Krk. The studio is located on an open plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property and on the street in front of the house.
