Ližnjan. The holiday flat is located on a 630 sqm enclosed plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Holiday apartments PULLIZ023 and PULLIZ024 (each for 4 people) and PULLIZ026 (3 people) are located in the same house. Guests of these four holiday apartments in Ližnjan are offered a wonderful shared sun terrace with a swimming pool, next to which there are comfortable sun loungers, and right next to it there is also an outdoor dining area with a wooden table and wooden benches as well as an attractive solid beam ceiling. One of the four holiday flats is on the ground floor and the rest are on the upper floor of this detached house, which is situated on a fenced private property. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
