Really nice flat, 3 beds, decent kitchen (very well equipped), great location, pool in the building. Would stay again.
Tiny bit old fashioned outfit, especially the bathrooms but that didn't stop our enjoyment

Great property just down the street from the bus and it’s 1 stop to the ski lift. Lovely apartment, nice pool in the basement and a really really well equipped kitchen. Super resort, friendly people, loads of slopes and good skiing even though levels of snow were 1/3 of normal winter levels. Will be back.
Before the stay I got a lot of emails from the management company and bookings.com which of course I didn’t read until we got there…less would be more as then important stuff like directions to get the keys, the actual location of the apartment got lost in the various emails..we got there in the end but less comms and more specifics would be my only feedback.

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage. Der Skibus hällt direkt vor dem Haus. Aber, da Flims nicht sehr gross ist, ist eh alles fussläufig erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist leider in die Jahre gekommen und für den Preis könnte man schon mehr Komfort erwarten. Die Endreinigung von über CHF 500 ist mir für die Grösse der Wohnung nicht erklärbar.

We liked the appartment very much, well equipped, nice swimming pool. Good position near skibus, restaurants, shop...
The garage is only 2,1m high. This information is missing on internet. No possibility parking outside. Public garage 1 km away, not for free. We had to put down boxes and roof-rack and carry it inside by hand because we came in a van.
