GIven what we paid, the room was better than I expected. It was large, had good lighting, and clean (clean beds, sheets, bathroom). Staff were super friendly, and accommodated our requests promptly (toiletries, trash can, etc.). The place had good free WiFi. No A/C, but we had two fans in the room that we ran through the night.
(1) The bathroom latch did not work - so, we had to use a bucket filled with water to keep the door closed from the inside when someone was using it.
(2) Fan controls were defective - they were only two speed (very low or super fast!).

The Hotel Manager was very supportive. I went with 4 elders of age above 60. The rooms allocated for us was in 3rd room. Though the rooms were booked for next day, the immediately exchanged our rooms and provided rooms in ground floor. It was very kind of him.
Our staty was only for 1 night. So not much observation about negatives
