Casa Cinzia is located in Vico Equense Marina’s square – the sea is so close that you can almost touch it! The seaside apartment is 70 metres squared and can sleep up to 5 people. It features a 30-metre-squared panoramic terrace with a stunning view of the sea and of the coastline, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet access.
Casa Cinzia boasts a wonderful panorama of the sea and the coastline. At Casa Cinzia, you are approximately a 15-minute’ walk (up the hill) from the centre of Vico Equense, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and public transport. From here, you can catch the train to Pompeii, Naples and Sorrento. Casa Cinzia is the perfect accommodation for a mixture of a beach and sightseeing holiday. In the Summertime, the square in Vico Equense’s marina has bars and restaurants offering delicious fresh fish dishes.
Casa Cinzia is located on the first floor of a two-story building and is accessed via some shallow steps (approx. 20 metres) and then 20 steps to the front door.
As you enter the apartment, there is a long corridor. The first room on your right is the main bathroom with a corner bathtub, toilet, sink and bidet. There is also a window. Next, on your right is one of the double bedrooms with a window, air conditioning and a small table and chairs. Further along the corridor on your right, is the second bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
As you near the end of the corridor, on your right, you will find the open-plan kitchen/diner with a table and chairs for 4 guests, a TV, a window and a single sofa bed. The kitchen/dining room is air-conditioned and is fully equipped with a washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster and sink.
At the end of the corridor, you will find the main double bedroom with beautiful furniture, a TV and air conditioning. From the bedroom, you have direct access to the wonderful terrace which boasts stunning views of the sea and coastline. The terrace is fully equipped with a table and chairs so you can dine ‘al fresco’ or you can relax and sunbathe on the sun loungers.
Due to its location by the seafront, you will not need a car to stay at Casa Cinzia but if you do have one, you will be able to park it approximately 15 metres away, for a fee (please request in advance of your stay). During high season (usually from May to September), there is a local bus which runs from the marina to the centre of Vico Equense and the train station.

Casa Cinzia was great! The apartment was very spacious! The hosts were very friendly and attentive. They made us feel like family. The town itself is very friendly and very good food. The apartments view of mount Vesuvius is unmatched. The town is a great place to be to get to sorrento, pompei, Naples, capri, and Amalfi coast. Thanks to Cinzia, Carlo, and Alfonso for being such great hosts!

Great place to stay for a week. We really enjoyed our stay. the property manager and owners were fantastic. In the summer there is a bus going up and down the hill, on off season months you will need to walk it which is doable but strenuous depending on what shape you are in. There are great beaches and several restaurants right at your front door for the summer season.

Alfonso is the best and most welcoming and accommodating person. He helped us get to the place as we got lost. He also set us up for dinner just up the road. The place has a beautiful view and everything was perfect. It is a quiet place not far from Sorrento. Vico Equense is a cute town with some cute shops. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

Alfonso Massa made the check-in process so easy and gave many good recommendations on things to do! Once there, Cinzia and her family were so welcoming and kind, we actually referred to her as Nonna (grandma) . The apartment was very clean and comfortable! The view from the bedroom and balcony are wonderful!
