About this house rental
Abbe Dynasty is a recently constructed townhouse located on the Southern side of Barbados. The area is called Green Point and is one of Barbados' recently upscale residential developments. This holiday home overlooks the Atlantic Ocean via the beautiful area of Ocean City. Come and experience the fresh ocean breeze that fills each room with pure unpolluted air.
We have tastefully outfitted the home for your comfort at your home away from home. There is a large living room, with seating for nine as you enjoy movies from the flat-screen TV with hundreds of channels for you to choose from. Yes, there is also FREE Wi-Fi for your streaming pleasure.
The large kitchen comes fully equipped with all the modern appliances while the dining room has ample seating for formal dining. There is even a built-in bar where you can sip your rum and coke as you listen to the nearby Atlantic Ocean.
For those who love the outdoors, there is a front patio where you can watch the neighbors go by or get settled into your book, or relax in the garden as you enjoy the Atlantic breeze.
On the second floor, you will find two oversized queen size bedrooms where the whistling frogs harmonizing to the lapping ocean will ease you into dreamland. A soak in the tub or a quick shower will get you all set for exploring the island or a laze at the nearby beaches.
All necessary conveniences are approximately five minutes away. The Grantley Adams International Airport, Crane Beach, Foul Bay Beach, St. Martians' Church, Emerald City Shopping Mall, Doctors, and Pharmacies, in addition to other historic sites, are a stone’s throw away. There is also a local Supermarket called Tri-Mart, just a five-minute walk from the holiday home.
We have arranged with a local taxi service to take care of all our guests. You may arrange with Susan, transportation for tours, airport pick-up, drop off and nightlife, etc. You may also like to utilize our local bus service. The nearest bus stop is a five-minute walk.
SECURITY:
Barbados is a fairly safe island to visit. However, for your peace of mind, we have installed security gates on all windows on the first floor. These bars are equipped with easy access for a safe exit in case of an emergency. Motion sensor lights are placed in strategic spots around the property, plus we have installed is a wireless security system.
FRIENDLY NEIGHBOURS:
Barbadians are genuinely friendly people. Should you need any assistance, just ask. The neighbors do care about the visitors to the island so remember to smile and say hello.

Abbe Dynasty is the place to be if you are seeking tranquility, safety and authentic fresh air.
I cannot say enough about my host Amber, she was gracious and accommodating throughout the entire process... Answered all my questions patiently, and she continued to check on me throughout the entire stay.. .. As this was a first time experience for both of us. I did not know what to expect and neither did Amber... Our spirits connected immediately and we were able to make it work. The villa was immaculate and beautifully decorated for Christmas and contained every possible thing needed for my comfort. The view of the ocean and landscape were phenomenal, and Ken the caretaker was friendly and responsive, and kept me with a steady supply of delicious papaya from their garden, for my breakfast. Trimart is about a ten minute walk away... .and I really enjoyed my safe crisp early morning walks in the neighborhood. The neighbors were very friendly as well.
I would definitly be staying at Abbe Dynasty again in the near future, and I am very much looking forward to meeting my kindred sister Ms. Amber one day soon. A classy host, an elegant home and a ten plus experience. You will not be disappointed.
