The holiday home, built in 2007 and renovated in 2015, is a semi-detached house and is furnished in a modern, luxurious, and typical local style. The property is located in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Prerow (Ostseebad), 3 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Holiday homes with adjacent terraces in the typical island style with Darßer veranda and garden, will meet the high expectations of our holiday guests. Large-format television, modern music system and fast Wi-Fi are self-evident. Each plot is fenced off separately on all sides, so your children and dogs can play undisturbed. Piece of jewelery in a beautiful location directly at a small park. These luxury cottages are located near the Darßer Jungle, directly in the nature reserve on the Baltic Sea. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
