About this house rental
The holiday home, built in 2007 and renovated in 2015, is a semi-detached house and is furnished in a modern, luxurious, and typical local style. The property is located in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Prerow (Baltic Sea resort), 3 m above sea level. The holiday home is situated on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Holiday homes with adjoining terraces in the typical island style with Darß veranda and garden meet the high expectations of our holiday guests. Large-format television, a modern sound system and fast Wi-Fi are a matter of course. Each half of the property is separately fenced on all sides, so your children and dogs can play undisturbed. A gem in a very beautiful location directly next to a small park. These luxury holiday homes are located near the Darß primeval forest, directly in the nature reserve on the Baltic Sea. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
