About this house rental

Perfectly located in central core Aspen this 3 bedroom,3 bathroom townhome is light, bright and only recently renovated. Only a few minutes walk to the Aspen Mountain gondola and all that downtown has to offer.
Upstairs are two generous bedrooms with king size beds and renovated en-suites with heated floors. The master bedroom has its own balcony which looks across towards Aspen mountain. There is another balcony adjacent to the second bedroom with views across to Red Mountain and overlooking the heated outdoor pool, generous spa and BBQ area.
The downstairs living area has a fabulous wood burning fire place with free wood outside the front door.
The third bedroom has two twin size beds and an adjacent bathroom with floor to ceiling marble.
Reserved car parking for one car is just out the front.

Please note rentals 30 days or more avoid all CO and Aspen taxes.

We had a wonderful time in Aspen. The property was perfect, an easy walk to the gondola and town. There was tons of space and everything was immaculate.The only suggestion is to add some oven mitts (which may have been there but I couldn't find them)

It was a nice property with great proximity to ajax and the downtown. There was also a close by shuttle stop which was a quick ride to highlands. The inside was clean and the beds were comfy. Parking was a little tough since all the spots for the condominium were taken and we had to find street parking, but it was a holiday weekend so I am sure it was probably one of the busiest times of year.

The location is excellent, only 1 1/2 blocks from downtown and a short walk to the gondola. You are also able to ski back to the condo. The bedrooms are big and accommodating. The kitchen is functional but not very big. There are no ski lockers which is a bummer because they can take up a lot of room with boots & poles from 5 people. Overall I would definitely recommend this condo.

Door code and trash code should be available on app. Too many managers to keep track of. When I messaged on the app no one responded. I never really knew of one was owner and one was manager, etc. The townhouse and location are wonderful.

On our first full day a plumbing problem in an adjacent unit required us to vacate our unit. The owner initially had her management team find us a place to shower and, ultimately a place to spend the night (and longer if necessary). When it became apparent that the problem would not be resolved quickly--apparently the City had to become involved--the owner immediately told us she would pay for two nights in the alternative hotel lodging and refund our entire payment for the condo (which she promptly did). The owner and her team were incredibly responsive and helpful and their efforts and saved our vacation.

Wow where to begin There is no better location in Aspen Very short walk to silver queen gondola base of Ajax (Aspen mountain) Delaney so easy to contact even got an early check in. Trish the on site manager so kind! Because of an upcoming remodel to the property an inspection team needed access during our stay. Was not an inconvenience since we were out skiing at the time. Tish came and brought us a gift of a bottle of great red wine for our troubles. Property was walking distance to all of the Aspen core and the guaranteed parking spot made dropping of the kids at buttermilk ski school so easy Would highly recommend this property (even though I want to rent here again so I probably really shouldn’t share how truly awesome it was so it will be available when I want to go back) In all seriousness highly recommend the property and the people associated with it!

The place is in a great location. It's a very short walk to the gondola at Ajax and to the shuttle station. The town is also in easy walking distance. I stayed with two friends and it was just the right size. The bedrooms are nice and the mattresses are great.
