The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 1987, was renovated in 2014, and is furnished in a modern and rustic style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Crikvenica. The holiday flat is located on a 550 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.
