Der Wohnwert der Wohnung könnte enorm erhöht werden, wenn wenigstens am Schlafzimmer-Fenster ein Fliegengitter angebracht wäre, weil dieser Teil von Vrbnik extrem mit Mosquitos und Kriebelmücken verseucht ist.
