About this house rental
Hello! Welcome to our Yazlik (Summer Home in Turkish:) My name is Gia, I am an interior designer. My husband John (a Real Estate Broker) and I purchased our Yazlik in the spring of 2019 after seeing it for the first time. It looked much different than it does now, but never the less, it was LOVE at first sight:)
Located in the Saint Leonards Tract segment of Ventnor, this 100-year victorian housed some of the most elite families in its glory days. But by the time we stumbled upon it, very little was left of its old glory. For 2 people who breathe and live real estate and renovations, it was still quite an undertaking. After a 10 week/12 hour day restoration marathon, we took a distressed raw beauty and turned into a beautiful home for our family. and now we like to share the experience with YOU!
Though we are still a ways from completion, YAZLIK is ready to host guests:) Nestled 2 blocks from the beach and one block from the bay, YAZLIK is located on the corner of Suffolk & Ventnor Ave. 5 minute drive to Margate restaurants and a 10 minute Uber ride to Atlantic City casinos, restaurants, and shops! Ventnor is known for its peaceful boardwalk which streches north to Atlantic City and ends south at the begining of Margate. Near by activies include surfing, whale wtaching, boating and much more!! Great roomy house in a nice neighborhood. Easy two block walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the generous supplies of bathroom and cleaning products and well-stocked kitchen. We may be back!

The home was gorgeous and easily accommodated our group of 10, with room to spare. The neighborhood was great, 5 minute walk to the beach, 5-10 walk to cafes and coffee shops. They provided all the beach essentials (bikes, chairs, towels, wagon, umbrella).
