About this house rental
House located on a land with 3,500 square meters, all walled and with gate. On the ground there are three more houses (one where I live and two more that are rented for season). It is a quiet and safe place. The house has a large garden area around. It is a nook to enjoy the holidays with family and friends, with a great location in the center of Porto Belo and close to the beach. From the land entrance gate you can see the beach as it is at a distance of 100 meters. It has wifi and cable TV with 160 channels. It has 2 double bedrooms, one with air conditioning and one with desk fan. Rooms with box bed and cabinets with shelves and clothes rack. Living room integrated the full kitchen. It has two bathrooms (one internal and one external), balcony with barbecue and laundry area with laundry and clothesline.
Parking space for 2 vehicles in courtyard (garden). Sleeps up to 6 people. I provide 1 mattress if required, plus double beds.
On the ground there is a sports court with volleyball net and soccer goal. The court has night lighting with two reflectors.
There are NO pillows, bedding and bathing suits provided.

Acomodação perfeita para nossa família (casal, 2 filhos e pet), com todas as conveniências em móveis e utensílios para uma estadia confortável. O imóvel fica a menos de 100m da praia, 700m do centrinho de Porto Belo, 1km de um hipermercado (Komprão), assim bem servido de opções de alimentação e demais conveniências, seja comer fora ou cozinhar - o chalé tem fogão e utensílios. O local é tranquilo, ótimo para relaxar e sem muito agito, a não ser o trânsito para praias mais badaladas como Bombinhas onde Porto Belo é caminho. Assim, vc encontrará nas imediações da propriedade praia e locais mais tranquilos de frequentar, sem filas ou lotações, já que a concentração de turistas é em Bombinhas, Itapema e Camboriú. No terreno da casa há um belo e amplo jardim onde eu e minha família também curtimos a paisagem e sombras nos períodos de maior ensolação - inclusive os proprietários gentilmente nos disponibilizaram uma rede armada nas árvores - uma delícia. Ar condicionado nos quartos garantiram relaxantes noites de sono, já que o período que nos hospedamos estava bem quente (janeiro 2022). Enfim, adoramos nossa estadia, certamente retornaremos pelas atrações do local, conveniência e hospitalidade da Sabrina e Luriê.
