The holiday home, built in 1990 and renovated in 2019, is a semi-detached house and is modernly furnished. The property is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: barbecue facilities and terrace.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 80 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the terrace. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower and 1 washbasin. Separate toilet with WC.
1st floor: Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 8 sqm and with 2 single beds. Bedroom 14 sqm and with 1 double bed. Separate toilet with WC.
TV or radio channel can be received only in national language.
Location
Balatonlelle. The holiday house is located on an open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
