The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the sea and the sunny location. Available for shared use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, outdoor shower, barbecue possibility, terrace, and garden furniture.
