A fantastic experience in a strategically very well located apartment complex to start your hikes!
The location is absolutely stunning - a small and cute mountain village very close to the Rubihorn and with various (sometimes challenging) hike paths right next to the accommodation. For example, the hike to the Unterer Geisalpsee via a Tobelweg starts pretty much from the apartment. The apartment itself was really quite spaceous with all the facilities one could ask for, including the views. The hosts are very friendly as well and the family actually lives in the same building. Very approachable when you need any sort of information and they can even serve you fresh bread in the morning for a fee. Really nice that they have 1 parking spot per apartment (so there is always room for your car). The apartment was fresh and clean upon arrival and the beds were amazing! I always struggle with beds on holidays (too hard, too soft, pillows are terrible, etc), but sincerely in Haus Vogler it was perfect!
The furniture and finish is perhaps slightly outdated (admittedly, that has it's own character) and personally the bench/seating area was too small for my 1,85m length. I couldn't get a comfortable sitting position for a long time when editing photos.
