attentive staff, clean, nice room facilities (robe and complimentary items), excellent location to amenities in the area such as restaurants and pharmacy
breakfast was mediocre, also the water dispensers in the hallway were unplugged and faulty so unable to regularly refill in room water pitcher

Very well equipped hotel in a great location with super lovely and accommodating staff.
The beach and pool area is very pretty and well maintained, the rooms are spacious and there are so many options in the area for restaurants, exploring and excursions
The highlight of my stay were the staff- especially the ladies at the bar/restaurant. I’m travelling alone and they were so fun and friendly and really made me feel looked after. I mentioned in passing that it was my birthday the next day and a few hours later they suddenly surprised me with a cake and a song out of nowhere! I was traveling alone, but it really felt like I was with friends. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay
