Studio Place Vendome by Studio prestige

L'appartement est pratique et fonctionnel. On y dort bien ! Il est très bien placé, il est donc pratique de rejoindre les transports et se balader dans Paris.

Le logement n'est pas climatisé comme il est mentionné dans l'annonce. Il n'y a qu'un rafraichisseur d'air, qui peine à fonctionner et apporter un peu de frais. Comme il est situé sous les toits, il fait donc très chaud l'été dans l'appartement.

On arrival the key was not in the agreed location. Contact telephone number reached an ‘out of hours’ recorded message. Text message (AI?) alerted an on-site concierge who was able to provide access promptly.

Location is fantastic - just steps away from the Palais Garnier! Property has three toilets and three showers in total! Huge space - huge inviting family room - big kitchen eating area with relaxing couch. Appliances work well. There IS a microwave - it's part of the convection oven built in under the stove (took us a few days to figure that out). Comfortable beds. Only about 16 steps up to the first floor. We had NO problem with noise, yes there are restaurants and bars around but it's typical city noise and any bars seem to close around midnight and the large, new windows are very noise proof. Minor issues that would move this property from 9 -> 10 The towels issued were rather worn, a few fixtures needed repair - one doorknob and toilet paper ring. Would be nice to have a short list of instructions on where everything is and how to operate. Entrance area needs repair. Only one set of keys is given. You cannot leave luggage at the property before check-in but can leave at rental office (15 minute walk)
