Outside,nothing at the gate showing name of the place,only number 120 and contacts,it looks like home house,your sin entrance is not welcoming,do something about it I thought I was lost arriving there with Uber.Your entrance must reflect what we seei n booking.com,do some editing Also R150 charge fee of early arrival which I wasn't notified before or doesn't reflect in booking.com.Please kindly accomodate people coming from far using flights,for example a flight from Durban reaches East London airport @11,so please consider such cases please Also,I wasn't pleased with rooms underground,which are not reflecting in booking.com,thank God I didn't get that one,but if I had,I wouldn't have enjoyed my stay there,my stay would have been a misery. Also only 1big towel and 1small provided whilst we were 2 adults.2towels for 2people are needed

Location and the price was great.
It was a bit inconvenient. Parking is not great if you have a big car. The bed could do better with a mattress protector.
