I am not stayed in property and I booked another hotel through booking.com and stayed there. I am looking for refund.

Easily accessible from subway station, value for money.

The key was easily found upon arrival. Detail explanation from the host was excellent. Quite near to a subway station. Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby.

It was difficult to unlock+ open / close + lock the door. Device for adjusting the living room temperature was not found, so the living room was cold. feeling of uncleanness - bed sheet looked a bit gray+yellowish.

Experience

Great experiencie in the appartment. Near to the metro station and very confortable. No noisy. The kitchen has been very good and we even we had hair dryer!!! Sasha helped us because we lost the pass code and she told us it immediately!! Very sweety. We recommend it and we hope come back one day!

Disappointing

Great location - next to subway, night buses, restaurants and shops. A pleasantly soft bed mattress and size.

- there is a strong mold smell throughout the apartment, which is clearly visible in the bathroom and elsewhere. - mechanical ventilation is not installed in the bathroom, which causes moisture to occur throughout the night-room after a shower visit. - insufficient number of towels (we received one for each traveler for the whole rental period. A separate face / hand was not issued). - the number options indicate that there is a dryer (which was not!) and a washing machine that was taped with tape. - bed linen with stain, yellowish white. RECOMMENDATION: The localisation of an apartment is perfect (as well as its size) to enjoy Paris charm, but it urgently needs cosmetic repair (especially WC). As well as restoring bed linen and kitchen items (tea glasses, pans, etc.).

Super bad. Would have unbooked if I could. Old bed clouths and towels when we arrived.

Close to metro. But far from Paris centrum.

It was dirty when we arrived. Hair dirt everywhere. Spiders and silverfish everywhere in the bathroom and kitschen and bedroom. The oense forgot to clean after the last people used the room. When We arrived We couldnt get hold on the owner som We just stood outside the apartment for 30 min and started to panic. The hot water in the shower ran out after 5 min. The freez compartment in the fridge could not freeze ice cream. The ice cream melt. The washing machine didn’t work. We test all programs but it just stoped after 5 min.
