Price is good.
AC is good enough. It is loud indeed, but if minimal temperature and maximal power are chosen, it cools down your air pretty well. Just don't use turbo mode - it blows warm air in this mode for some reason.
Room is small, but true to the pictures.
Stairway is as narrow as it is supposed to be in a tiny building with tiny rooms. You can walk up and down the stairs normally, no matter how fat you are, you can even pass another guest on the stairs if your baggage is not too bulky.
I arrived at around 1 am, and it took me some time to wake up the staff, but he woke up eventually and gave me my key.
Good water pressure in the shower, warmth was fine to me too.
Really bad linen - full of stains and small burnt holes (apparently, customers smoke in the bed). Even if it is too expensive for the price to buy new linen, there is no reasonable explanation that would justify not washing linen in hot water with stain remover for this long.
Towel was very yellow - hot washing was required long ago too.
