Great place to stay in San Cristóbal. Jacuzzi inside the bathroom. Large bed. Very comfortable and clean. Great shower (not so frequent in Mexico). Staff always available, friendly and helpful. There is a nice patio with glass roof in the center of the hotel with tables. Usually warm there while cold outside. There is a private parking but 2 blocks away, staff provides instructions to find it.
Might be a bit on the expensive side. Not sound proof, we do hear noise from the street.

The hotel was comfortable
on the days I stay it was a guest that was screaming in the night and freak me out the personnel whom was doing guard in the night didn´t react to fast to stop the noise.
