Property was clean and well-maintained.
Your texting service initiated at check in is useless if you don't respond to guest texts. I requested my room to be cleaned after night 2, never received an answer or acknowledgement. The next morning I went out and came back around 10 am. My room wasn't cleaned yet, so I sent a text @ 10:13am requesting to be notified when My room had been cleaned. I ended up checking with the front desk because I never got any response.

The room was very comfortable. The pillows were great and the bed was great too. Nice size room.
The fridge wasn't working. We informed the front desk in person on the way out as we were going to a funeral for a family member. When we got back they said it was fixed, but it wasn't cold at all, so no it wasn't fixed. Also the bathroom sink plunger didn't work. So when I shaved the next morning I couldn't fill the bowl with water. Also the water pressure in the sink was very low. The shower was great however. The breakfast was just not that great I am afraid. The coffee as was the last time we stayed located outside of the breakfast area near the front desk, it's just bizarre. Why would you not have it in the breakfast area? Makes no sense. The breakfast itself is just microwaved omelets with processed cheese. The bread is very plain and cheap. This breakfast was very disappointing I am afraid.

The hotel is convenient while traveling on I-5 between Oregon and California.
We were there twice about one week apart, on our way to California and our way back to Oregon. Both times we had issues with our room. The first time, we were given a room that was “out of service” and was not even set up for guests (ie: no towels, soap, working a/c) and had to move. The next time, we had a coffee maker and coffee filters that didn’t fit together and, when presented to the front desk, were treated as if we were asking too much to have it replaced. She initially treated me as if I must be doing something wrong until I brought the machine and filter to her in the lobby. She tried to force the filter to fit, which it wouldn’t, and then seemed annoyed with me. There was no apology at all and, though she did eventually replace it, the attendant was obviously bothered by our request.
