Idéalement située dans le vieux Gruissan, elle donne à la fois sur le village (et ses commerces), sur l'étang et sur le magnifique massif de la Clape !

Une maison agréable avec une belle vue, idéalement placée dans le vieux village de Gruissan. La terrasse à l ombre est très appréciable. Quartier calme et proche commerces. L agence interhome à été très réactive pour faire intervenir un technicien pour une panne de lave vaisselle.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison c'était un séjour agréable. Une maison spacieuse et bien équipée et proche de commerces et des restaurants. A conseiller pour tout.

Le logement est super, les pièces sont bien réparties. Par contre il fait très chaud sous les toits. Le pire est vraiment la propreté. Les surfaces sont collantes, les sols également, les douches pleines de moisissures. Quand on pense qu’on paie le ménage dans le prix c’est juste honteux. Je ne trouve pas normal cette saleté au vu du prix payé...
