About this house rental
Wonderfull house for 4 people, located at only 200 meters of Son Serra de Marina beach.
Enjoy a delicious breakfast daily, while you can look at sea as well as you can feel its fresh and gentle breeze, before you get ready to have a swim in its atonishing waters. Once you come back home, there is an outdoor shower where you are going to be able to take the seasalt out of your bodies and, in addition to this, you can also enjoy of the terrace as well as the indoor terrace, which is also furnished perfectly to take a glass of wine and, then, to have dinner.
The property is distributed over two floors. On the main floor you have a spacious living room, with sea views, where you will enjoy chatting together or watching satellite TV. For more comfort, this room has a cosy wood-burning cooker, ideal for the cooler nights. Next, you enter the kitchen-dining room, equipped with a gas hob, oven and everything you need to cook as comfortable as at home. From here you go out onto the interior terrace where you will find the main bathroom of the house, which has a shower, and some exterior stairs that give access to the upper floor. Here you will find a second living room with television, perfect if one of our guests needs a break reading a book. In this room you will find the cot. Then there is a toilet and two bedrooms, both with wardrobe and air conditioning. One has two single beds and the other has a double bed. The laundry is downstairs in a separate room where, if you are staying with children, you can do the laundry while they have fun painting or playing.
Son Serra de Marina is an ideal coastal area for those people who want both sea and peace during their holidays. The coast is mostly rocky with crystal-clear waters and, at the end of it, there is such a beautiful sandy beach. There is a restaurant that serves their customers good meals with ocean views, but if you look for some other restaurants, bars, other facilities or even other beaches, then you just need to drive within minutes to Can Picafort or to Puerto de Alcúdia, places that are much more bustling.

An amazing spot. Would love to return! We adored our stay. Every day, we prepared meals and ate outside on the patio, which was very pleasant. We also spent a lot of time at the beach and appreciated the outdoor shower. The rental was clean and quiet, and everything worked as described. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well (it was quite hot in July). Street parking was easy out front. Down the street was a lovely grocery (Supermercat Can Nadal) where we did our shopping, lots of lovely fresh produce and very kind owners. Across the street was a restaurant (Blue Tamarindo) that we enjoyed once — delicious! As another reviewer noted, the floor plan is unusual — the house has a center courtyard, so you go outside from the living space to access the bedrooms, but for us, it was no problem, and even charming. There is a half bath upstairs near the bedrooms which was convenient at night. When we ran out of cooking gas, the Homerti team responded within an hour and fixed it same-day. We have only good things to say and can recommend highly this place.

Wir durfen eine wundervolle Woche Ferien in dem schönen Haus in Son Serra verbringen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Grundriss ist speziell, die Schlafräume sind über eine Aussentreppe erreichbar und auch das Badezimmer befindet sich im Hinterhof. Das fanden unsere Kinder besonders spannend.
Morgensonne auf der Terrasse Richtung Meer ist prächtig!
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung verlief einwandfrei. Immer sehr schnelle Antworten, vielen Dank!
Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!
